About Our Practice

+ Does your practice provide virtual / telehealth services?

Yes! We offer a combination of in-person and online sessions. You have the option to conduct sessions through a video platform, over the phone, or in person at our West Loop office.

This is a great time to begin therapy, and we are accepting new clients. Please reach out via the contact us form.

+ Does your practice only work with POC and LGBTQ+ identified clients?

Of course not! While identity exploration is one of our specialties and it is our mission to provide a culturally sensitive and gender-affirming space, we certainly provide therapy to all individuals―no matter your identity or background. Our therapists are trained in working with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and personality disorders. You do not need to be in the POC or LGBTQ+ community to receive therapy here; however, we intentionally strive to maintain a safe space for all of our clients and clinicians. + Which therapist is right for me?

Your relationship with your therapist builds over time as you establish trust. We understand that finding a therapist you resonate well with is important. Reading our stories on the About Us page is a good start for deciding which therapist you might connect best with ; if for any reason you and your therapist don’t find that special connection you need, we will happily assist you with finding another therapist to work with. We understand that therapy is intensely personal, and you need to feel understood and able to express yourself freely. Our highest priority is to help you get what you need from your therapy sessions.

+ What does your practice look like inside?

Our therapy rooms are custom-designed for you to feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. They are sound-proofed so you can feel confident that whatever you choose to share with your therapist cannot be overheard and stays in the therapy room.
